A girl with whom I went to school invited me to her 20th birthday celebration over facebook. Now, despite being friends with her on facebook, in reality I haven’t uttered a word to her in about 5 or 6 years, not even online. The question is, how on earth did I get an invitation? Yes, she did invite about 500 people, but I checked her profile, and she has about 1000 facebook friends.
What did I do to deserve being invited ahead of the other 500 or so of her facebook friends?!

Wouldn't Johannes VanderGraaff be just the most amazing name to have? More interesting than my current "John" that's for sure.
